The Journey to Purpose
Morgan spent more than a decade working in competitive sales environments, managing multimillion-dollar territories and repeatedly exceeding quotas. Despite achieving financial and professional success, he became increasingly unfulfilled. During the disruptions of 2020, God confronted him with the realization that achievement without spiritual alignment could never provide the meaning he was searching for. Morgan felt called to leave corporate sales and enter coaching, dedicating over five years to helping leaders master their craft and execute with discipline.
